About Kamil Drapikowski

Kamil Drapikowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Poland. In his artistic works, he tries to formulate a statement in such a way that is legible, but not literal, combining what is ancient and distant with the form of contemporary expression. He uses visual language to describe what is metaphysical, creating the recipient's sensitivity, but leaving him room for interpretation. He often formulates his contemporary formof artistic expression using old sculpting
techniques.
