About Drapikowski Studio
Drapikowski Studio has been working with the comprehensive design, implementation and revitalization of religious interiors for more than 40 years. The company was founded in 1984 by Mariusz Drapikowski, who has been joined by his son, Kamil. They employ a team of artists who work together to co-create original and sacred sculptures, monuments, and other works commissioned by institutions and private individuals. Drapikowski Studio has produced the altars for the World Centers of Prayer for Peace established throughout the world by Comunità Regina della Pace. These custom, large, beautiful Eucharistic Adoration altars serve as material signs of the Comunità mission to promote prayer for peace in the world.
In addition, Drapikowski Studio has created such extraordinary and unique works as the amber and
diamond gown for the Our Lady of Częstochowa Icon (2005) and the Votive of the Polish Nation robe on
the 100th anniversary of the re-coronation of the Miraculous Image (2010). The studio is the only
contemporary studio in the world where large-format silver works are created, including an altarpiece
with an area of 129 square feet for the chapel in the palace of the Archbishops of Krakow (for Cardinal
Stanisław Dziwisz), as well as life-size silver figures of Saint Paul the Hermit and St. Casimir Jagiellon for
the Jasna Góra Altar.
