“Comunità Regina della Pace” (Community of the Queen of Peace) is a Catholic, international apostolate created in 2008 to foster peace and reconciliation among people and nations of the world through Eucharistic Adoration. The association was created by a group of lay men and women in response to numerous calls of Our Lady for peace as well as to fulfill the spiritual legacy of the great Advocate of Peace, St. John Paul II. Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament opens our hearts to the gift of peace offered by Jesus, the only true Source of Peace. Our world is in such desperate need of peace; first within our hearts, then within our families, our communities, our nations, and the world.
Our Mission
There are three means to which we strive to accomplish our mission to intentionally pray for peace before the Blessed Sacrament in Eucharistic Adoration:
Apostles of Peace
This initiative invites individuals around the world to become links in the chain of Prayer for Peace. As Apostles of Peace, we each take responsibility for peace in our world and together, surround our world in prayer.
Stars on the Mantle of Our Lady, Queen of Peace
This initiative strives to build an unlimited “constellation of stars” where Mary’s intercessory Mantle is spread over parishes across dioceses, countries, and the world. Committed to this intentional prayer for peace in front of the Blessed Sacrament, within the societies where we live, is the most valuable weapon in the spiritual combat for peace.
12 Stars in the Crown of Our Lady, Queen of Peace
This initiative will establish 12 World Centers of Prayer for Peace in different parts of the world. These Centers are located in areas ravaged by armed conflicts and disagreements among nations and believers of different religions, as well as in places where society is in great need of peace and reconciliation but is seeking that peace outside of Jesus, the true source of peace. Each of these Centers offers Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration and are notably distinguished with a large, beautiful monstrance alluding to the image of Our Lady. These unique works of art are created by Polish artists Mariusz Drapikowski and his son, Kamil Drapikowski.
